As a work colleague
I hugely liked and respected Rich and his encouragement and grouchy humour got me through many stressful working days. We shared a big appreciation for The Mighty Boosh, lefty politics and the absurdities of life. He brought our team together and always had our backs. He’ll be much missed by many xx.
