I like so many others in the service centre thought very highly of Richard, he was a good team leader , always looked after his staff, never failed to say good morning or afternoon he was a true gentleman ,and he is so missed ,and we are heartbroken ,he is no longer with us and his precious family, so many lovely things about Richard and no negative ones at all 🙁
