I was fortunate to work with Rich
I joined the team late on and he had built a strong community across offices that made it a pleasure to be part of. He was the one to show me the ropes and he also made me feel supported, included and valued. He was always friendly, kind and funny and he had a way of bringing the best out of us. He was determined to make things better and get things right and his dry wit defused things when it got frustrating and kept us going. No one ran a telekit like him, he could have been a DJ. “Happy days”.
